Most of our shipments arrive at their destination alive and well, however, there are occasional circumstances that cause a small percentage of insect shipments to perish in the mail. We will happily reship these orders at our own expense to guarantee you get what you paid for.

Reptiles ship FedEx Overnight (we will reach out to you to confirm shipment details) and Dubia orders ship USPS Ground Advantage (1-5 business days depending on your distance to Pennsylvania).
